Privacy Policy of 365hello: Your Data Protected

A 365hello handles your personal data with care and transparency, in full compliance with Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD – Law No. 13,709/2018). Here, in plain Portuguese, you'll find exactly what we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect every piece of your information.

Last updated: January 2026

By using 365hello, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about how your data is handled, reach out via live chat or email suporte@365hello.net.

01

Who We Are – The Controller of Your Data

A 365hello (hereinafter "365hello", "we", or "platform") is the operator responsible for the website 365hello.net and through the 365hello mobile app for Android and iOS. For the purposes of the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), 365hello acts as the personal data controller of its users, and is responsible for all decisions regarding how and for what purposes that data is processed.

This Privacy Policy applies to all services offered by 365hello, including Sports Betting (football, MMA and UFC, basketball, volleyball, and more), online casino, crash games, live betting, the Predictions section, and any other feature available on the platform, whether accessed via the website or the mobile app.

365hello commitment: Your data belongs to you. 365hello collects only what is necessary to operate the platform securely, meet legal obligations, and deliver the best possible experience for Brazilian users. Nothing more.

02

When you access the 365hello website or app, certain technical data is automatically collected by our systems:

  • IP address and approximate location (state/city in Brazil)
  • Browser type and version, or mobile operating system
  • Device ID for the mobile app
  • Pages visited, session duration, and navigation flow on the platform
  • Betting history, crash game activity, and casino game interactions
  • Date, time, and amount of each financial transaction made
  • Technical performance data: page load times, system errors reported automatically

Sensitive data: 365hello does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data such as racial origin, religious beliefs, health information, or sexual orientation. If you share any of this information in support communications, it is handled in strict confidence and used solely to resolve the specific request.

03

How and Why We Use Your Data

A 365hello uses the data collected for specific and legitimate purposes. We do not process your data for purposes inconsistent with what is described here without notifying you in advance.

  • Account creation and management: registration, authentication, password recovery, and management of user preferences on the platform.
  • Financial transaction processing: deposits via Pix, boleto bancário, credit or debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED transfers; withdrawals processed via Pix and TED to accounts at Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and other financial institutions.
  • Identity verification (KYC): confirming that the user is who they claim to be, is 18 or older, and is eligible to use the platform in accordance with Brazilian law.
  • Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering: analysis of behavioral patterns and transaction data to identify and block suspicious activity, in compliance with anti-money laundering legislation (Law No. 9.613/1998).
  • Customer support: answering questions, resolving technical issues, handling complaints, and providing 24/7 support in Portuguese via chat, email, and WhatsApp.
  • Experience personalization: displaying relevant content based on the sports and games you follow most — Brazilian football, UFC, NBB basketball, crash games, and more.
  • Marketing communications (with consent): sending promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and platform news to users who have opted in to receive these communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Compliance with legal and regulatory obligations: reporting to the relevant authorities when required by law, including the Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas (SPA) of the Ministério da Fazenda.
  • Platform improvement: aggregated and anonymized usage analysis to identify technical issues, improve app and site performance, and develop new features.
04

Legal Basis for Processing (LGPD)

Every data processing activity carried out by 365hello has a legal basis under the LGPD. We never process your data without an appropriate legal foundation.

Purpose of Processing Legal Basis (LGPD)
Registration & account management Performance of a contract (Art. 7, V)
Processing deposits and withdrawals Performance of a contract (Art. 7, V)
Identity verification (KYC) Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 7, II)
Fraud prevention and anti-money laundering Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 7, II)
Customer support Performance of a contract (Art. 7, V)
Marketing communications Consent (Art. 7, I)
Experience personalization Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX)
Platform technical improvement Legitimate interest (Art. 7, IX)
Report to regulatory authorities Compliance with a legal obligation (Art. 7, II)

When the legal basis is consent — such as for marketing communications — you may withdraw that consent at any time at no cost, through the account settings panel or by contacting 365hello. Revoking consent does not affect any processing carried out before the request.

05

Data Sharing with Third Parties

A 365hello does not sell your personal data. Period. Sharing occurs only in the situations described below, always for the purpose of operating the platform correctly, complying with the law, or protecting the user.

Operational partners (data processors)
  • Payment processors: to process deposits via Pix, boleto bancário, credit or debit card, PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED, the data required to complete each transaction is shared with the relevant financial intermediaries. These partners act as data processors under a data protection agreement with 365hello.
  • Casino game providers: Spribe (Aviator), Pragmatic Play (Spaceman, slots), SmartSoft, BGaming, and other providers receive only the technical identifiers needed to process rounds — with no access to the user's CPF, full address, or banking details.
  • KYC service providers: specialized identity verification companies that process documents submitted during the account verification process. All KYC partners are certified and operate under data processing agreements compliant with the LGPD.
  • Technology infrastructure: cloud hosting, CDN (content delivery), and cybersecurity providers that process anonymized or pseudonymized technical data to ensure platform performance and security.
  • Customer support platforms: live chat tools and ticket management systems that store support history to ensure continuity across interactions.
Sharing required by law

365hello may be required to share data with Brazilian public authorities — including the Secretaria de Prêmios e Apostas (SPA), the Conselho de Controle de Atividades Financeiras (COAF), the Receita Federal, and the Judiciary — when a legal requirement, court order, or administrative decision mandates it. In such cases, data is shared strictly within the limits of what the relevant authority has requested.

What we don't do: 365hello does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with advertisers, brokers, financial institutions, or any third party for their own commercial purposes. If you are contacted by someone claiming to be a 365hello partner and asking for personal or financial information, treat it as a fraud attempt and notify us immediately.

06

How Long We Retain Your Data

A 365hello retains your personal data for only as long as strictly necessary for the purposes described in this policy or to meet legal obligations. When data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized.

Data Category Retention Period Legal basis
Registration and identification data While the account is active + 5 years after closure Legal obligation (anti-money laundering)
Financial transaction history 5 years after the transaction Tax and anti-money laundering legislation
KYC documents (national ID, driver's license, proof of address) 5 years after account closure Regulatory legal obligation
Betting and gaming history 3 years after activity Legitimate interest / audits
Customer support conversations 2 years after the support case is closed Legitimate interest / quality
Marketing data (consent) Until consent is withdrawn Consent (LGPD)
Technical and security logs 12 months Information security

Once the applicable retention period has expired, data is securely deleted from 365hello's systems or anonymized so that the data subject can no longer be identified. Anonymized data may be retained for statistical purposes with no set time limit.

07

How We Protect Your Information

A 365hello applies robust technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, improper disclosure, or accidental destruction.

Technical measures in place
  • 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption: all communications between your device and 365hello's servers — whether via the website or the app — are encrypted using the highest standard available on the market.
  • Payment data tokenization: credit and debit card numbers are never stored on 365hello's servers — they are replaced by tokens generated by PCI-DSS certified payment processors.
  • Two-factor authentication (2FA): available to all users in the settings panel — we recommend enabling it for an extra layer of account protection.
  • Continuous monitoring: automated anomaly-detection systems monitor the platform around the clock to identify unauthorized access attempts, brute-force attacks, and other threats.
  • Internal access control: user data is only accessed by 365hello staff who need it to perform their roles — with access logging, strong authentication, and periodic permission reviews.
  • Encrypted backups: backups are performed regularly and stored with encryption at locations separate from the main infrastructure.

Your role in keeping it secure: Use a strong, unique password for your 365hello account. Never share your login credentials with anyone. 365hello will never ask for your password via chat, email, or phone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, change your password immediately and contact support.

In the event of a security incident that may affect your personal data, 365hello will follow the notification procedures set out in the LGPD — notifying the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD) and the affected data subjects within the applicable legal deadlines.

08

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

A 365hello uses cookies and similar technologies to keep the platform running smoothly, understand how it is used, and — with your consent — personalize your experience and display relevant content.

Types of cookies used
Type Purpose Required?
Essential Keeping your session active, remembering language preferences, and ensuring login and transaction functionality work correctly Yes
Analytics Measuring traffic, understanding which pages and features are used most, and identifying technical errors — anonymized data Optional
Marketing Personalize content and promotions based on browsing behavior — activated only with explicit consent Optional
How to manage your cookies

You can manage your cookie preferences at any time through the cookie banner shown on your first visit or through your browser settings. Disabling essential cookies may prevent certain platform features from working correctly — such as login and bet processing. Analytical and marketing cookies can be disabled without affecting basic use of 365hello.

The 365hello mobile app for Android and iOS uses equivalent technologies (analytics SDKs and device identifiers) for the same purposes described above. You can manage app permissions through your phone's settings.

09

Your Rights as a Data Subject

The LGPD grants you, as the owner of your personal data, a set of rights that 365hello fully upholds. See what you can request and how to exercise each right.

Access to your data

You can request a copy of all personal data 365hello holds about you, including your betting history, transactions, and registration details.

Data correction

If any information on your account is outdated or incorrect — name, email, phone number, address — you can update it directly in the dashboard or by contacting support.

Data deletion

You can request the deletion of your personal data. Data subject to legal obligations — such as financial records required by law for 5 years — cannot be deleted before the legal retention period expires.

Portability

You may request your data in a structured, machine-readable format for transfer to another service — in accordance with ANPD regulations.

Withdrawal of consent

For processing based on consent — such as marketing communications — you can withdraw your consent at any time through the settings panel, with no penalty.

Sharing information

You have the right to know which entities your data has been shared with. 365hello provides this information upon request within the legal timeframe set by the LGPD.

How to exercise your rights: Submit your request to suporte@365hello.net with the subject line "LGPD Rights – [your name]". 365hello will respond within 15 calendar days, as required by the LGPD. In cases that require more detailed review, the deadline may be extended with prior notice.

10

Minors

A 365hello is a platform exclusively for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. Registration requires a date of birth and CPF — both verified to confirm the user's legal age.

If we become aware that data from a user under 18 was inadvertently collected, the account will be immediately closed, the data will be deleted, and the legal guardian will be notified. Parents or guardians who identify platform use by a minor should contact us immediately at suporte@365hello.net.

11

International Data Transfers

To run the platform at the quality Brazilian users deserve, 365hello may transfer some data to servers or partners located outside Brazil — such as cloud infrastructure providers or casino game providers based abroad.

All international data transfers carried out by 365hello comply with the requirements of the LGPD:

  • Transfers to countries recognized by the ANPD as providing an adequate level of protection
  • Transfers based on standard contractual clauses approved by the ANPD, ensuring data subjects retain the same rights provided under the LGPD regardless of where processing takes place
  • Transfers to certified operators with data protection policies equivalent to Brazilian standards, verified through prior contractual auditing

No international data transfer includes CPF numbers, full document details, or detailed financial history without the appropriate contractual safeguards. Game providers, for example, receive only pseudonymized identifiers sufficient to process rounds — not the user's full profile.

12

Updates to this Privacy Policy

A 365hello may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in the services offered, applicable Brazilian legislation, or industry best practices. The most current version will always be available at 365hello.net/privacy-policy.

When changes are significant — such as updates to processing purposes, new types of data collected, or new partners with access to data — you will be notified at least 7 days in advance by email and through a prominent notice on the platform. Changes required by new legal obligations may take effect immediately.

Current version: January 2026. The header of this page always shows the date of the last update, making it easy to confirm you're reading the current version.

13

Contact, DPO & Privacy Channel

A 365hello has appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO), as required by the LGPD for controllers that process personal data at scale. The DPO serves as the official point of contact for all matters related to personal data protection.

How to contact us about privacy
  • Privacy channel (DPO): privacidade@365hello.net — dedicated to LGPD rights requests, questions about this policy, and communications regarding personal data incidents
  • General support: suporte@365hello.net or 24h live chat on the 365hello website and app
  • Response time: up to 15 calendar days for LGPD rights requests; up to 24 hours for general privacy questions via support

If you are not satisfied with 365hello's response to a privacy request, you have the right to file a complaint with the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD), the Brazilian regulatory authority responsible for enforcing the LGPD.

This Privacy Policy was written in Brazilian Portuguese, and that version is the sole official version. Any translations are for informational purposes only, and the Portuguese version prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
